I’m a small-batch maker and run this business myself, so I typically respond within 1–2 business days. During busy market seasons, it may take a little longer but I will get back to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened products for sanitary reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’re happy to make it right.

Unopened and unused items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items once verified. We do not offer refunds for scent preference or skin sensitivity.
